Privacy Notice

This notice explains how the personal data you submit through the Hayat Makkah enquiry form is processed.

Data controller

Hayat Makkah is developed by Emlak Konut REIT and Emlak Konut LLC in partnership with NHC (Sakani). Data from the enquiry form is processed by the project sales team.

Data we process

  • Identity and contact: full name, phone number (including country code), e-mail address
  • Enquiry content: the information you provide, the villa type you are interested in, site language
  • Technical records: IP address, browser information, originating page and timestamp — solely for security and abuse detection

Purpose

Your data is processed only to respond to your enquiry, provide project information and conduct the sales process. No marketing communication is sent without your consent; your data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the explicit consent you give when submitting the form (Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, art. 5/1, and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law — PDPL). You may withdraw your consent at any time.

International transfer

The project is located in Saudi Arabia while the developing organisation is headquartered in Türkiye. Your enquiry may therefore be transferred between the two countries. Such transfer relies on your explicit consent and is limited to the purposes above.

Retention

Where no sales relationship is established, data is retained for a maximum of 24 months after your enquiry is concluded and then deleted. Where a statutory retention obligation applies, the period is determined by that legislation.

Your rights

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, learn the recipients of any transfer, object to processing and withdraw your consent. Requests may be sent to info@emlakkonut.sa and are answered within 30 days at the latest.
