The square is the busiest point of the campus; the shade and seating options on the side determine whether it will really be used or not.
Transition from the courtyard to the street#
The transition between the villa's own courtyard and the common area is designed in a gradual manner: private area, semi-private courtyard, then common path.
Pedestrian First#
The pedestrian line was not delivered to the parking lot; vehicle roads were kept at the edge of the campus, allowing internal paths for walking.
