Privacy and Data Protection Policy

This policy explains the principles by which the Hayat Makkah website processes personal data. Details of the data collected through the enquiry form are set out separately: Privacy Notice.

Our principles

  • Only what is needed: We ask only for the data required to respond to your enquiry. Date of birth, national ID and income details are never requested.
  • Specific purpose: Data is used only for the purpose it was collected for. If another purpose arises, we ask for your consent again.
  • Never sold: Your personal data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertising networks.
  • Limited retention: Data is deleted once the purpose ends. Where no sales relationship is established, the maximum period is 24 months.

Who can access it

Enquiry records are accessible only to the project sales team and the technical team operating the system. Access is logged. Our service providers (hosting, e-mail) touch the data only to the extent required to deliver the service and under contract.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form submissions are protected by cross-site request forgery protection (CSRF), a single-use security token and automated-submission defences. Data is held on access-controlled servers.

International transfer

The project is in Saudi Arabia while the developing organisation is headquartered in Türkiye; your enquiry may be transferred between the two. Such transfer relies on your explicit consent and is limited to the purposes above.

Your rights and how to apply

You have the right to access your data, request correction, deletion or restriction of processing, object to transfers, and withdraw your consent. Send requests to info@emlakkonut.sa; they are answered within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may complain to the relevant authority (the KVKK Authority in Türkiye, SDAIA in Saudi Arabia).

When this policy is updated, this page is updated; your cookie consent is also requested again where required. Cookie Policy
