These terms set out the rules that apply when you use the Hayat Makkah website. By using the site you accept them.
Purpose of the site
This site presents the Hayat Makkah residential project and lets interested parties contact the sales team. No sale, reservation or allocation takes place through the site; the enquiry form only opens a conversation.
Nature of the content
Images on the site are architectural visualisations; materials, colours, planting and landscaping are indicative. Areas and floor plans are taken from project drawings and may change during permitting. What is binding is the contract signed between the parties and the official project documents. Times and distances are estimates under normal traffic conditions.
Intellectual property
Text, images, plans, logos and 360° content on the site belong to Emlak Konut REIT and its partners. Beyond personal, non-commercial viewing, copying, reproduction, adaptation and republication require permission.
User obligations
- Contact details belonging to another person may not be entered in the form.
- Sending automated requests, attempting to bypass security measures and disrupting the service are prohibited.
- Site content may not be quoted misleadingly or presented to third parties as investment advice.
Limitation of liability
The site is not warranted to be uninterrupted or error-free. Access may pause temporarily for maintenance, faults or force majeure. Care is taken over the accuracy of the information; even so, before making an investment decision you should review the official documents and speak to the sales team.

The site may link to third-party services such as maps. The relevant provider is responsible for their content and privacy practices.
Governing law and contact
