Registration — you register your expression of interest at hayatmakkah.com. It is free and not a binding sale.

Allocation — allocation rules will be announced at launch; those who register hear about developments first.

Contract — the contract is drawn up in Arabic/English; you are additionally given a Turkish information copy.

REGA application — the acquisition application is made through REGA's official Saudi Properties platform.

Payment into escrow — payments are made electronically into the state-supervised project escrow account.

Registration and e-title — ownership is registered in your name in the Real Estate Registry and an electronic title deed is issued.

Payments are made in SAR; bank transfer from Türkiye is possible. Exchange and transfer costs are borne by the buyer.

Registration and platform fees, and items such as community charges, will all be shared in a written cost schedule.

Can you buy without travelling from Türkiye?
Yes. An official remote acquisition process is defined: you book an appointment through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website and complete biometric registration with your documents at the Saudi mission in Türkiye.
Once your digital identity is approved you obtain a Saudi eSIM, activate your identity through Nafath and Absher, and complete the transactions electronically. Required documents: a valid passport, digital identity registration, a Saudi bank account and mobile line; for Makkah, evidence of being a Muslim individual.

Conduct transactions only through the Saudi Properties portal and the Real Estate Registry.
Accurate and complete declaration
Provide accurate and complete declarations in applications; a false declaration may lead to rejection.
Electronic payment only
Make payments only by electronic means; cash collected by hand is not accepted.
