Type B is the type best suited to hosting. 298 of the 1,014 villas are Type B. It has the widest plot range of the three — from 250 to 349.20 m² — and its garden can reach 211 m².

A large majlis, opening straight onto the garden

Two separate entrances are defined at ground level. The guest entrance opens directly onto the majlis; the family entrance leads into the central daily zone.

The widest garden range

Garden area ranges from 112.08 m² to 211.28 m² — the highest upper bound of the three types.

The villas were designed as independent units lined up with side gardens; the impression of a “twin house” was deliberately broken. Even where density rises, privacy in the garden is preserved.
