How is the process supervised?
The sales and payment regime is subject to state-supervised regulation.
Wafi sales licence
Sales are conducted under the state-supervised Wafi licence.
Escrow account
Your payments are held in the state-supervised project escrow account and released against construction progress.
Official channels only
Transactions are conducted solely through official channels (the Saudi Properties portal and the Real Estate Registry).
Electronic payment
Payments are made only by electronic means; no cash is collected by hand.
