Appointment
Two different appointments are relevant for Hayat Makkah: a meeting with our sales team, and — if you wish to buy without travelling from Türkiye — a biometric registration appointment at the Saudi mission. Both are explained below.

Which appointment do you need?
These are two different processes; do not confuse them.
Biometric registration appointment
Required only if you choose the remote acquisition route. Booked through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website and completed at the Saudi mission in Türkiye.
Remote acquisition
Buying without travelling from Türkiye
An official remote acquisition process is defined.

Book the appointment — You book your appointment through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.

Biometric registration — You complete biometric registration with your documents at the Saudi mission in Türkiye.

Digital identity — Once your digital identity is approved you obtain a Saudi eSIM.

Identity activation — You activate your identity through Nafath and Absher.

Electronic completion — You complete the transactions electronically; we provide Turkish-language support at every step.

Valid passport
Your passport, valid and in date.
Digital identity registration
The digital identity record created during the process.
Saudi bank account
Required for the acquisition transactions.
Saudi mobile line
Obtained via eSIM; needed for Nafath and Absher activation.
Evidence of being a Muslim individual
Required for acquisition in Makkah; the documentation and declaration procedure is being clarified in the official process and will be communicated to you before registration.
Power of attorney (if used)
Acting by power of attorney is possible; the certification chain procedure will be communicated to you before registration.

Registering interest is free
